We have a problem...We've been trying to solve it for quite awhile now and, unfortunately, it's on the rise again. In fact, in some cases it's unprecedented.
We've taken different approaches and there's been progress, to be sure. However, why is it that we cannot just get over that edge to have it be minimized and ineffective?
Maybe we need a different approach, one that truly differs from all the ones before. It won't be easy. It'll be uncomfortable. In fact, it might be downright intimidating to do something so unfamiliar. I don't think we have a choice, though.
Should we continue with what we've been doing and achieving so little or is it time to be bold, summon our confidence, and do what's needed so we don't have to have this conversation again?
The answer is clear. It's time for a solution that matches the problem.
