Something Positive

There are going to be times when you feel stuck, in a rut, and you won't be sure how to overcome it. The simplest, yet arguably most effective, way to overcome this is to find something positive and focus on that....no matter how small that thing might be. This will be the sliver of hope, that ever so small spark of optimism that you will need to feel good about the future.
